Project Context:
Kone Elevators had a legacy B2B platform built in the 1990s, used by enterprise clients to place bulk orders for elevator components. The challenge was to modernize the interface while preserving familiarity.

My Role:
As the Experience Designer, I led the UI overhaul. I crafted a design system, including updated icons, buttons, and layouts, ensuring consistency across desktop and mobile.

Key Client Challenges:
The platform lacked cart transparency, making bulk orders confusing. The search process was cumbersome with hundreds of thousands of products. Users also didn’t know where they were while navigating.

Solutions I Designed:
I redesigned the cart to display previously added items. I implemented breadcrumbs so users always knew their path. To handle the vast product catalog, I designed a dual search system: a tree-structured filter and direct search by product code or name.

Collaboration & Process:
I worked iteratively with developers and testers, refining designs based on feedback and evolving needs.

Outcome:
The result was a modern, intuitive platform, making ordering easier and more efficient for Kone’s enterprise clients.

Zengo's algorithm analyzes users' preferences, goals, and previous meditation experiences to generate personalized sessions, ensuring that each practice caters to individual requirements.
